Final Fantasy XIII!!!!!!!!! Woot! CAN'T WAIT for this game! Comes out Tuesday!!! Anyone else planning on buying? Comes out for PS3 and XBox 360...

It doesn't feel like a priority for some reason. I might pick it up in a few months.

So I picked it up last week, and boy oh boy...

So, first off, you have to be a fan of the series in order to get this. The gameplay and story and whatnot have the same sort of style to it.

Well, I'm not that far in, and it's the kind of game you have to pay attention to. It's not all attack attack attack. The fights are very interactive and require you to actually PLAY it. Unlike it's predecessors where you could just spam your X button, this one, not so much. The leveling system is a little confusing, and for that matter, so is the entire combat system. But give it a chance, and it'll grow on you. Sure, the game is somewhat linear at the beginning (or first 20+ hours), but I don't really care about that. It's still a lot of fun to play, it looks AMAZING, and yeah, so far one of my favorite FF games so far, and that's saying a lot.

So, if you a fan of the series, this is a MUST BUY! If you just think you might want to try it for the heck of it, rent, then buy. You may not like it...
